VENETIAN — Delmonico Steakhouse is holding a spirited whisky dinner on Feb. 28. The event will feature a four-course meal created by chef de cuisine Ronnie Rainwater with whisky pairings for each dish. Brad Jarvis, the National Malt Whisky Ambassador for International Spirits and Wines, will introduce each whisky, elaborating on the spirits' body, complexity of flavor, and finish. Featured whiskies are the Craigellachie 12 year vintage 1999, Speyside; Speyside 20 year vintage 1992, Speyside; Laphroaig 15 year vintage 1993, Islay; and Glen Grant 25 year vintage 1985, Speyside.
