So the invasion of nightclubs coupled with entertainment beyond deejays continues, now with rumors of Jeff Beacher bringing his Madhouse to the former Crazy Horse Paris space at the MGM Grand, allegedly opening in time for Memorial Day weekend.
Beacher had space at the Hard Rock Hotel for five years before it shut down in 2008 to move to the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.
Look for "high-energy productions of music, dance, comedy and an ever-changing cast of characters with shock and sex appeal." It joins the ranks of The Act Nightclub, SHe by Morton's and the coming Light Nightclub at Mandalay Bay that offers more than a typical nightlife scene.
Beacher's madcap capers include jumping into the 10,000-gallon fish tank inside the Rain Forest Cafe at the MGM Grand in 2003 wearing a Speedo, a stunt that at the time got him banned from MGM properties.
