That breastaurant chain Twin Peaks, currently under construction at Harmon Corner, now has an opening date, where it can fully reveal the beer served at 29 degrees, a rock climbing wall and 180 Lumberjills.
The 14,200-square-foot, 400-seat restaurant plans to open on March 4 with three floors, including a mezzanine, and a 39-foot rock climbing wall.
When open, two swinging wooden gates will guard the two entrances, while inside the outdoors theme expands with wood trims, knotty pine and mounted garage doors. The theme even overtakes the lighting, where antler and twig chandeliers and pine cone sconces illuminate the space.
A large center bar dominates the main dining area and a curved stairwell leads guests upstairs to a mezzanine with tables and booths. The third floor has another bar, two dining sections and the 737-square-foot patio with Las Vegas Boulevard views.
Eighty-seven televisions bring the outdoors in, with enough to fill every booth and 10 behind the bars.
Look for a merchandise area near the hostess station that will serve up "Rack Addict" T-shirts and the 2013 Twin Peaks girl calendars.
