Already Angelo Sosa of Poppy Den in Tivoli Village won round one of hot chef voting, Daniel Swift, a chef and instructor at UNLV, won round two of voting and Matt Piekarski of Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas won round three. Now on to the last of the semifinal rounds.

Nicole Grimes of Rao's at Caesars Palace, Noe Alcala of Hussong's Cantina at Mandalay Place, executive chef of the Stratosphere Rick Giffen, Rick Moonen of RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay, Ronnie Rainwater of Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian, Scott Green of Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, Stephen Hopcraft of STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Travis Herbert of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar.
