Bonefish Grill Now Has an Opening Date at Town Square

Now Bonefish Grill, the chain that left Vegas and now plans to return, has an opening date. Look for the restaurant to open March 18 at Town Square.

The 5,107-square-foot venture plans to feature stone and aluminum on the front with fish imagery inside and the skeleton logo etched onto mirrors behind the bar.

The restaurant, which seats 207, has additional space for 55 on a patio that faces Texas de Brazil, the churrascaria neighbor across the street.

Look for dishes such as spicy sauced Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer, a dish that the restaurant calls a signature.

Bonefish Grill opened in Henderson in 2006 and shuttered in 2010.
