Johnny Church IN as Executive Chef at RM Seafood

Johnny Church's stint as executive chef at View Wine Bar & Kitchen at Tivoli Village didn't last long. Now he's over at RM Seafood, Rick Moonen's restaurant at Mandalay Place. View opened last fall.

Church was once named one of Vegas' rising chefs by Wine Spectator Magazine. His career path has taken him through Charlie Palmer's Aureole at Mandalay Bay, Andre's at the Monte Carlo, Alize at the top of the Palms, Paris Las Vegas' Eiffel Tower Restaurant and the former AJ's Steakhouse at the Hard Rock Hotel.

He helped open Bradley Ogden's Root 246 in Solvang, Calif., and then moved on to work with Michael Mina at XIV in Los Angeles. Before landing at View, he was a chef for Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares.

In other chef shuffle news, executive chef Gregory Pugin left Le Cirque at the Bellagio.
