More Secrets from the Strip's Special Starbucks

The high-concept Starbucks, located two doors down from Pinkberry and first revealed by Eater Vegas, will open on March 8 and feature an urban design, plus a panoply of rare coffee blends.

This Strip-facing location at CityCenter is part of an annex of the upscale-mall Crystals. The inner city vibe, with wicker accents, high stools and matching tables also includes a large sepia mural facing the serving counter. But, two very large HDTVs will provide a flashy focal point, as will the chance to purchase formerly limited edition "Special Blends" from the ubiquitous coffee chain.

These exclusive coffees have their names permanently etched into a wooden display menu that hangs from the ceiling. In addition to the 11 options previously revealed, aficionados will be able to purchase Indivisible Blend, Organic Yukon Blend, Three Region Blend, Organic Ethiopia Sidamo and Reserve Nicaragua Diamond flavors.

Inside Crystals, yet another Starbucks is being built, replacing The Pods, the shuttered coffee bar from Wolfgang Puck. All traces of the former venture have been removed and the space awaits construction.
