Drai's After Hours may have seen its last night of partying into the wee hours, but that doesn't mean it's the end for the club. The nightclub plans to temporarily move into the former Indigo Lounge at Bally's Las Vegas while Bill's Gamblin' Hall undergoes an $185 million, 15-month renovation and is rumored to become a Gansevoort Hotel.
Victor Drai tells the Las Vegas Sun the revamped Bill's will include two new floors at the top for a nightclub and pool party scene totaling 65,000 of party space. Aside from a refreshing of fabrics, furnishings and carpets, the basement Drai's After Hours will remain with a brief reopening for New Year's Eve before the big reveal next spring.
Among the other renovations, a second-floor restaurant "from a prestigious L.A. group," the Sun says.
