EL CORTEZ — The Parlour now offers a dining menu from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Dishes include a pulled pork slider with slow-braised pork shoulder served on a dollar roll with Creole mayo, a barbecue chicken slide with fresh coleslaw and Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce, a Parlour melt with Swiss cheese and grilled onions served on a dollar roll, grilled shrimp with a spicy teriyaki sauce, artichoke spinach dip, fish tacos, lollipop wings and steak fries. LAS VEGAS — California Pizza Kitchen partnered with Colby Red, a wine whose proceeds support charities that promote heart health. CPK will serve Colby Red on their menu by the glass and bottle across all locations through the end of April.
