New Dishes at Joe's Stone Crab; National Margarita Day

FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS — Joe's Stone Crab has some new menu items for February. Look for beef tournedos Rossini for $32.95, originally created for the composer Gioachino Rossini by French master chef Marie-Antoine Carême. The dish combines beef, foie gras and black truffles. Other new dishes include a roasted turbot for $42.95 and roasted winter vegetables topped with maitre'd hotel butter for $8.95.
