Back of the House Brawl Returns with a Chef Signup

The Back of the House Brawl returns to Tommy Rocker's at 10 p.m. this Saturday night. But this version won't be like those in the past where chefs have battled head to head in food trucks using ingredients found in a mystery basket.

Instead, organizer Jolene Mannina is using the night as a chance for chefs to sign up for one of the bi-monthly events. The winner gets to take home the trophy, a PBR pony keg that each winner decorates, for the two weeks between contests.

Mannina also plans to have information on the upcoming Life Is Beautiful festival coming to Downtown Las Vegas.

The first Back of the House Brawl of 2013 takes place March 16. Stay tuned for the chefs battling it out that night.
