New Menu Items at Pink Taco; Barbecue Buffet

HARD ROCK HOTEL — Pink Taco added new dishes and cocktails to its menu. Look for a churrasco skewer with grilled shrimp, steak and chicken served with chili butter and bacon-wrapped jalapeños stuffed with blended Mexican cheese and smoked ranch. The Cabo tuna combines a corn tortilla filled with lime-Serrano cabbage, chipotle vinaigrette and avocado while the shrimp enchiladas feature chipotle sautéed shrimp, Mexican cheese, sweet peppers, poblano cream and pico de gallo. Also on the menu, the Ultimate Taco weights in at three and half pounds and 25 inches in length. The taco shell is stuffed with refried beans, rice, lettuce, Mexican cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and one pound of shredded chicken, steak and carnitas. The newest cocktails include the Chupacabra with Cazadores Silver, lime, jalapeño ginger beer with a chili salt lick rim, and the Rock Hard, a margarita made with Tres Generaciones Plata, triple sec, lime, sweet and sour, Rocky Candy syrup and rock candy garnish. TEXAS STATION — The Feast Buffet now has a barbecue carving station with smoked ribs, turkey, chicken, sausage and pork. Lunch is $4.99 per person, dinner is $7.99 per person and Sunday brunch that includes sparkling wine is $8.99 per person. [EaterWire]
