The James Beard Foundation just announced its inductees to the Who's Who of Food & Beverage in America, and Michael Mina is one of the six recipients. He has his eponymous restaurant at the Bellagio, StripSteak at Mandalay Bay, Nobhill Tavern, closing March 30 at the MGM Grand and the the coming Pub 1842 at the MGM Grand.
