Wine and Pheasant Dinner at Alizé; Passover Dinners

STATION CASINOS — Feast Buffets and Festival Buffets will offer a special menu in honor of the Jewish holiday of Passover. Look for brisket with horseradish, charoset (a mixture of apples and nuts), tzimmes (a sweet combination of root vegetables and fruit), matzah brei (matzah and fried egg mixture), potato latkes and matzah ball soup with matzah crackers. MONTE CARLO — Whisk(e)y Wednesday returns to Andre's and now the event is weekly. Each week features different flights, pours and whiskeys inside Andre's Cigar Lounge on the restaurant's second floor. This month, Whisk(e)y Wednesday celebrates the Irish. Guests will experience a flight of five exceptional—and rare—Irish whiskies. (The same flight is normally priced at $65.)
