Lloyd Bansil, Michael Chen Battle in the BOH Brawl

The battle royale between chefs returns for its second season this Saturday night when the Back of the House Brawl takes place at Tommy Rocker's. The season opener features the new banquet chef from the nightclub at the coming Hakkasan at the MGM Grand Lloyd Bansil and Michael Chen from Yellowtail at the Bellagio.

The two chefs will compete with a mystery basket in an Iron Chef-style brawl on the food trucks at the event. This Saturday, look for Dragon Grille, Lola D's Kitchen and Stadapress to serve up dishes before the chefs start battling at 1 a.m.
