Meet The Mojito Bar, the newish drinking hole at Seafood Shack at Treasure Island.
As the name teases, the bar specializes in mojitos, with four house versions on the menu and three featuring a twist on the classic recipe. Look for the Shipwrecked Mojito with Kracken Black Spiced Rum, fresh mint, lime juice, simple syrup and Fever Tree Ginger Beer; the Siren's Delight Mojito with Cruzan Light Rum, fresh mint, lime juice, ruby red grapefruit, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, simple syrup and a splash of soda; and the Mermaid Mojito with Cruzan Strawberry Rum, fresh strawberries, mint and lime juice, simple syrup and a splash of soda.
Look for the nautically themed Mojito Bar to be open from 1 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Happy hour is served daily with bite-sized appetizers from 3 to 6 p.m. and a reverse happy hour from 10 p.m. to close.
