Annie's Gourmet Italian Expansion Sticks with Henderson

Henderson favorite Annie's Gourmet Italian is expanding, but keeping close to its roots. Only a mile down the road from its original, compact West Horizon Ridge Parkway restaurant, a second branch is being constructed with room for 104 guests.

The 2,996-square-foot space is a corner property inside the retail center intersecting Valle Verde Drive and Paseo Verde Parkway.

The expansion will allow 14 tables in the dining room and 10 booths circling the wall. Seven seats will be created at the bar.

The original Annie's small space was augmented by access to patio seating, which also permitted a menu especially created for diners to serve to their dogs. The new venture has no patio. Future neighbors in the upgraded location will include Starbucks, McDonald's and Papa John's Pizza.
