Coming next Monday, the party goes 24 hours at Fiesta Henderson. The new Café Fiesta opens with no dish costing more than $9.99.

The 24-hour diner includes breakfast items such as pancakes, French toast, eggs and omelets, as well as specialties that include huevos rancheros, the banana bread French toast and a cheeseburger Benedict. At lunch and dinner, dishes include a shrimp cocktail and giant pork egg rolls, soups and salads, burgers, sandwiches and entrées. Even find healthy choice dishes that are lower in calories and fat.

The remodel of the space includes warm wood tones and reds and golds that give the space a Southwest feel. Look for the restaurant on the south end of the casino floor.
