Mark your calendars. Now Hakkasan, the massive five-level restaurant, lounge and nightclub coming to the MGM Grand, has an opening date. Well, two actually.

The nightclub plans to debut on April 18, while the restaurant starts serving on May 3.

The space includes a restaurant, private dining room, Ling Ling level, main nightclub, pavilion and mezzanine.

This gets complicated. On the upper floors, first find the 10,000-square-foot Ling Ling Club with a separate Ling Ling Lounge all on the third level. Here find a more relaxed experience with cocktails.

The nightclub takes over the fourth level with VIP booths surrounding the dance floor. In front of the dance floor find a deejay booth and suspended performance area, all wrapped with floor-to-ceiling LED screens. Already Hakkasan has announced that Tiësto, Calvin Harris, Deadmau5 and Steve Aoki have joined the deejay roster, along with Bambi, Bingo Players, Bob Sinclar, Dada Life, Danny Avila, Fergie, Hardwell, Laidback Luke, Michael Woods, Nervo, Quintino, R3HAB and Tommy Trash.

Next to the main nightclub find the pavilion, an outdoor nightlife experience decked out like an oriental garden with its own deejay booth, the Garden Bar, an amphitheater-style setting, a two-story water feature and lifelike foliage.

One the fifth level, find a more private VIP environment that can accommodate large groups in the semi-private rooms. Here look for customizable screens, coolers, sound control and more.

The nightclub plans to be open Thursday through Sunday starting at 10 p.m.

Down on the first level find the restaurant bathed in blues. Hakkasan touts the entrance as "like entering a different world. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by ambient sounds, scents and lighting, all key elements making up Hakkasan's DNA, creating a relaxed mood and sensual vibe."

The main dining area is separated by latticed woodwork dubbed the "Cage," which creates more intimate dining spaces within the main room.

Michelin-starred chef Ho Chee Boon and his team helm the kitchen. Already, the restaurant is teasing some of the Chinese dishes coming out, including a stir-fried black pepper rib-eye beef with Merlot and silver cod with champagne and Chinese honey.

The second level features the private dining room overlooking the main room below.

Hakkasan starts taking reservations on Wednesday, April 10 at hakkasan.com or at 702-891-7888. Look for the restaurant to be open Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
