The Las Vegas Sun takes another look at all of the changes going on in Downtown Las Vegas. "What was empty and abandoned five years ago is now fully leased. I don't know if there's one space now available," Jenna Morton, who is opening La Comida with her husband Michael, told the Sun. Their Mexican restaurant plans to open in three weeks with a 25-foot cocktail bar inside the 3,300-square-foot former El Cortez laundry space. [LVS]
