Sixty-four teams face off starting tomorrow with the NCAA Men's Tournament kicks off March Madness. In Vegas, next to the Super Bowl, this marks one of the biggest betting bonanzas of the year. Hometown favorite UNLV earned a berth as a five seed and faces Cal at 4:27 p.m. Thursday in the West Region. Restaurants and bars are ready to keep hungry fans full of food and booze with specials galore. Here's a look at 27 ways you can eat and drink your way through the NCAA Tournament.

Lagasse's Stadium
Where: Palazzo, 3325 Las Vegas Blvd. S.
What: Watch all the games, place bets and dine on Emeril Lagasse's fare during the NCAA tournament. Look for Emeril's New Orleans barbecue shrimp, single order chicken wings, cheesy beer and giant pretzel and Emeril's steak BAM'wich.

Brera Ballroom at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Where: Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. S.
What: Hoops & Hops will be open March 21-24 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The four-day event will feature a large sports bar surrounded by HD screens. Concession stands throughout will have fare and cocktails from the restaurants at the resort. Fans can shoot hoops on the court or place bets at one of several satellite betting stations. General admission includes two complimentary cocktails and access to a lounge with onsite betting for $40 per day. VIP admission includes an upgraded lounge area and seating to enjoy all the aforementioned amenities, as well as complimentary cocktails for $125 per day. A private pod accommodates eight to 10 people and includes a private lounge area with a TV, control over which games are shown and complimentary cocktails for $1,500 per day.

Valencia Ballroom at Rampart Casino
Where: Rampart Casino, 221 N. Rampart Blvd.
What: The casinos hosts the March B-Ball Madness Bash March 21-24. The free viewing party includes all of the tournament games with doors open daily at 9 a.m. Guests can also order $1 Bud and Bud Light drafts, $1 hot dogs and $5 baskets of wings.

What: The restaurant hosts viewing parties with food and drink specials through Monday, April 8. Look for the Mad Platter, an appetizer sampler with kettle chip nachos, beer braised short ribs and gouda fondue, chicken wings, mac and cheese squares, cheese steak spring rolls and jumbo onion rings priced at $75. Also land $25 buckets of wings made with Old Bay seasoning, barbecue, buffalo or sweet Thai chili sauces and served with bleu cheese dip. Holsteins Shakes and Buns and LBS Burger
Where: Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Red Rock Resort
What: Both restaurants are serving The Bracket Burger during the entire NCAA tournament. The 8-ounce dry-aged beef patty is topped with American cheese, a fried egg, firecracker onions, lettuce, tomato, avocado, spicy mustard and barbecue sauce served with a choice of shoestring or steak fries. What: The rum bar has drink special Thursday, March 21, through Sunday, March 24, such as $6 Bloody Marys and margaritas, $5 Coors Light bottles and $25 Coors Light buckets. Basketball buffs also can take a timeout with tailgate fare including pulled pork or chicken sliders, nachos, chili dogs and hot dogs. Chorizo and egg burritos also will be served on Thursday and Friday beginning at 9 a.m. while supplies last. Doors will open 30-minutes before the start of the day's first game.
