Sixty-four teams face off starting tomorrow with the NCAA Men's Tournament kicks off March Madness. In Vegas, next to the Super Bowl, this marks one of the biggest betting bonanzas of the year. Hometown favorite UNLV earned a berth as a five seed and faces Cal at 4:27 p.m. Thursday in the West Region. Restaurants and bars are ready to keep hungry fans full of food and booze with specials galore. Here's a look at 27 ways you can eat and drink your way through the NCAA Tournament.

Lagasse's Stadium

What: Watch all the games, place bets and dine on Emeril Lagasse's fare during the NCAA tournament. Look for Emeril's New Orleans barbecue shrimp, single order chicken wings, cheesy beer and giant pretzel and Emeril's steak BAM'wich.
