Central's Waffle Mania; Chateau Rocks with Jay Sean

CAESARS PALACE — Central Michel Richard will celebrate National Waffle Day with a specialty menu on Monday, March 25. Guests will choose between four different waffles each priced at $16.The Berrylicious waffle is stuffed with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and bananas with berry sorbet. The Peanut Butter Cup waffle is stuffed with chocolate chips, peanut butter, chocolate pearls and pralines and paired with strawberry ice cream. The Waffles and Gravy waffle is stuffed with bacon, sausage, ham, chorizo, Swiss cheese and cheddar and is topped with country gravy. Guests who craft a build-your-own waffle will be able choose two ingredients from each of the waffles above to build their own. [EaterWire]
