Chef Pierre Gagnaire returns to Twist by Pierre Gagnaire at the Mandarin Oriental from March 27 to April 3 to test and launch his spring 2013 menu. Gagnaire will greet guests while in the restaurant, and work with Twist's chef de cuisine Ryuki Kawasaki to create the new menu.
Look for langoustine, a foie gras tasting, loup de mer and lapin to make the menu. The three-course menu goes for $120 per person, a four-course menu costs $145 per person and the seven-course menu costs $205 per person.
