HARD ROCK HOTEL — In honor of Def Leppard's VIVA Hysteria! residency at The Joint, 35 Steaks + Martinis and Mr. Lucky's Café have dining specials on show nights through April 13. New at 35 Steaks + Martinis, Mirror Mirror ($17), a tangy shrimp ceviche, grilled shrimp skewers and mango salsa; Only After Dark ($48), a 14-ounce New York strip and poblano demi-glace served with sweet potato brulée; and Pour Some Sugar On Me ($10), praline ice cream served over banana bread French toast and topped with a hot rum caramel sauce. EASTSIDE — Fogo de Chão is teaming up with Junior Achievement USA to host their second annual Financial Literacy Month fundraising dinner on Thursday, April 25. Fogo will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from guests booking the Junior Achievement Dinner Package to Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. Last year's inaugural fund-raising effort earned nearly $6,000 for the organization. The dinner — priced at $50 per adult and $25 per child — includes unlimited meats, a salad bar, one glass of wine or cocktail, unlimited nonalcoholic drinks and dessert.
