New Central Cocktails; Dinner and a Show at Aria

CAESARS PALACE — Central Michel Richard just gussied up its cocktail menu. The new $13 cocktails include The Bitter Truth with Jameson, lemon, honey and tea syrup and bitters; the Central Cable Car with Bacardi OakHeart, blood orange liqueur, lemon and orange bitters; Not So Chocolate Milk with Hennessy, Kahlúa, cream and coffee; Rosa Plata with Ambhar Plata, St. Germaine, Champagne, lime, honey and tea syrup and muddled strawberries; Black Pama with Stoli Razz, Triple Sec, Pama, lime and muddled blackberries; The Rosemary with Plymouth Gin, ginger liqueur, lemon and rosemary infused syrup; Basil Berry with Souza, Cruzan, lime, muddled black berries, raspberries, basil and mint; and the Choconut Martini with Cîroc coconut, Stoli Vanilla, Godiva chocolate liqueur, Kahlúa and cream.
