Daniel Boulud still won't officially confirm that he's opening a restaurant in the Valentino space at the Venetian. But he does sort of tip his hand in an interview with Zagat. "Yes. I think Vegas has been a consistent market for a casual restaurant like DBGB so we are looking into it. It is not a done deal yet but I think it will work well.
