Burger Bistro Enters the Burger Wars at LVH

Is it a library? An extension of TJ's Steakhouse? No, just a revamped cafe at LVH that is now home to Burger Bistro, the latest entry in the burger wars of Vegas that have seen Gordon Ramsay BurGR, the short-lived Rattlecan that just shuttered unexpectedly earlier this month and PoshBurger Bistro from Conrad Gallagher enter the market in recent memory.

Here the burgers come in six varieties — Angus beef, California lamb, yellowtail tuna, turkey breast, lump and black fin crab and kosher vegetarian. Thirty beers are behind the bar. Burgers here range in price from $10 to $15, but keep in mind, that does not include fries.
