New Cocktails at Comme Ça, Menu at Joe's

COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGASComme Ça now has five new cocktails on its 18A menu. Included are the Mr. "Q" Rickey, a revamped version of a Tom Collins, a tequila-based Don Guillermo, a version of a Caipirinha; the Rose Eight with house-cooked pomegranate syrup, organic clover honey and Knob Creek 100-proof bourbon; the Howard Hughes, a variation on the Aviation; and Catch Her in the Rye, a tip of the hat to J.D. FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS — Joe's Stone Crab has new menu items for March, including a take on traditional Steak Diane for $32.95. The six-ounce filet of beef is served over Zatarain's mustard and topped sweet roasted cipollini and a rich brandy bordelaise. Seared Ahi tuna for $32.95 is served over creamy wasabi and finished with a sweet onion ponzu. Creamed winter greens for $8.95 include kale, white and green chard, turnip greens and radicchio with bacon béchamel and toppings of spicy crumbled pancetta and crispy fried shallots. Order a slice of Joe's brand new Mascarpone-Citrus Ice Box Pie for $7.95 and the restaurant will donate $1 to Best Buddies, an organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
