Now diners on the go have a new way to find out where their favorite chefs like to eat out. Meet Chefs Feed, a new iPhone app that offers up dish and restaurant recommendations from popular chefs in Sin City.
Some of the chefs involved include Mathieu Chartron at Restaurant Guy Savoy, who suggests a build you own burger from Burger Bar. "How come nobody came up with the idea before? Just ask for your favorite ingredients and the chef will take care of the rest," he says in the app.
Ben Jenkins from Michael Mina suggests En Tuan from Lotus of Siam. "Lotus' En Tuan soup is to die for. Slices of slow-cooked beef and beef tendon are served in a perfectly balanced broth. This can be a little spicy, so be careful how you order. I normally go with 7, but I'm pretty good with heat."
Claude Le-Tohic from Joel Robuchon likes the pizza Napoletana from Due Forni. "I like to order the pizza Napoletana with a great seasonal salad on the side. It's simple but delicious," he says.
Other chefs include Brian Howard at Comme Ça, Eric Klein of Spago, Beni Velázquez of Bar+Bistro and Royden Ellamar at Sensi.
In all, 600 chefs nationwide contributed to the free app.
