See What Tickets Remain for Vegas Uncork'd

You can't cook and drink wines with Joël Robuchon. No one else can watch Francois Payard make pastries. And you can't dine with Gordon Ramsay, Nobu Matsuhisa, Bobby Flay, François Payard, Guy Savoy and the Pellegrino family. These are just nine of the events that already sold out for Vegas Uncork'd, the annual culinary event from Bon Appétit coming May 9-12 to the Strip. Already nearly one-third of available tickets have sold out in just six weeks for the events at the Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand.

But the good news is there are still tickets left for events with Robuchon, Alain Ducasse, Charlie Palmer, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina, Michel Richard and Todd English.

Vegas Uncork'd Kick-Off Party at Hakkasan Las Vegas, Thursday, May 9: Explore Las Vegas' newest dining and nightclub venue at the official Vegas Uncork'd kick-off party at the MGM Grand with bites and signature drinks from Michelin-starred chef Ho and his team.

Master Series Dinner with Michel Richard: It Takes Two, Thursday, May 9: Chef Michel Richard and his staff host an intimate dinner at Central at Caesars Palace.

Master Series Dinner: Old Homestead, Thursday, May 9: This special dinner at the steakhouse at Caesars Palace features the restaurant's timeless dishes and big red wines.

1842 Poolside with Michael Mina, Friday, May 10: Get a sneak peek at Michael Mina's new soon-to-open Pub 1842 at the MGM Grand. The event features his new dishes served poolside.

Bellagio Block Party: Cured, Smoked, Braised, Grilled and Toasted, Saturday, May 11: Chef Michael Mina hosts this food affair, presenting cuisine from an all-star cast of Bellagio chefs including Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Todd English, Julian Serrano and Akira Back. Craft beers, sake, wine and spirits will also be on hand.

Oyster Extravaganza, Saturday, May 11: Aureole at Mandalay Bay showcases oysters on the half shell to oysters Rockefeller with cocktails and live music.

The Beer Garden, Saturday, May 11: Chef Hubert Keller, chef Laurent Pillard and certified cicerone Sarah Johnson throw together a beer garden at Mandalay Bay complete with an Alsatian Brasserie menu and live music.

Joël Robuchon Dinner, Saturday, May 11: Be among a select few to enjoy this one-of-a-kind, six-course menu from celebrated chef Joël Robuchon at his namesake restaurant at the MGM Grand and bring home a signed cookbook.

Hand-Crafted Collaboration, Saturday, May 11: Mandalay Bay chef Rick Moonen and master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim go head-to-head with flavor and texture combinations in this interactive demonstration showcasing how the best culinary creations pair up with the greatest libations.

Nature of a Good Party with Alain Ducasse, Sunday, May 12: Celebrate Mother's Day with a gourmet brunch at miX at THEhotel at Mandalay Bay. Chef Alain Ducasse and executive chef Bruno Riou lay out the meal paired with sparkling wine and classic cocktails.
