Alain Ducasse looks to add to his U.S. empire with Pinch at the Empire City Casino in Yonkers, N.Y. His consulting group, Ducasse Studios, is behind the project, a twist on the Basque word pintxo, a type of tapas. Unlike his French restaurant Mix at Mandalay Bay, the restaurant will have a raw bar, "steakhouse with a twist," and more opening in May. [~EN~]
