MANDALAY BAY — Gospel music icon Kirk Franklin joined up with House of Blues to revamp the Gospel Brunch on Sundays as part of the venue's 20th anniversary. Franklin tailored the show to fit the Vegas market. The brunch still includes a buffet menu with Southern specialties including cornbread muffins, Creole chicken, shrimp jambalaya, chicken and waffles, carving stations and create your own bloody Marys and mimosas.
