Mandalay Bay's legendary resident chef Alain Ducasse, has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by San Pellegrino's World's 50 Best Restaurants Awards. The Mix chef was heralded for a 30-year career that currently includes a portfolio of over 20 international locations. Ducasse is also the first chef to have been awarded three Michelin stars in three different cities.
