Bradley Ogden's return to Las Vegas promises to come by the end of this month. He opens Hops & Harvest in Tivoli Village along with partners chef Bryan Ogden and Tony Angotti.
The 180-seat restaurant returns Ogden's farm-to-table fare including his infamous butterscotch pudding. Some of the announced dishes include sweet peas ravioli with fava beans, thumbnail carrots, hazelnuts and pea shoots; Bellweather Farms Carmody grilled cheese bites with grain mustard and toasted rye bread; and grilled skirt steak salad with Bibb lettuce, asparagus and chimichurri vinaigrette.
Behind the bar, find handcrafted cocktails, craft beer in drafts and bottles and American wine.
The space, which takes over the former Bottles & Burgers By Double Helix space, promises to be loft-like with contemporary accoutrements and outdoor dining.
As for Ogden, his eponymous restaurant at Caesars Palace closed last August to make way for Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill.
UPDATE: Hops & Harvest is projecting a May 27 opening, sources tell Eater Vegas.
