After more than 35 years, Geisha House Steak & Sushi will finally own restaurants on all four points on the compass with their next expansion to the west side. The new location will be 11,156 square feet in size, taking over the former Sapporo space.
First launched in 1971 by Jimmy Nishiyama, his Japanese restaurant was the first hibachi-focused concept in Las Vegas. The three current locales are noted for their affordable prices, energetic chefs working the hibachi grill and large portions. These original "Geisha Houses" in the chain are named East, North and South.
