Sasa Sushi (pronounced saw-saw) brings an all-you-can-eat sushi joint to the northwest, taking over the former Sushi in Summerlin space on Cheyenne Boulevard.

Look for nigiri and sashimi including yellowtail, salmon, salmon belly, and several types of tuna. The menu includes fried tofu, gyoza, yellowtail shoulder and miso soup. Specials have included Toro nigiri, salmon belly nigiri, oyster shooters, a grilled pork belly appetizer, neapolitan tempura ice cream and yuzu sorbet.

The restaurant has a late-night happy hour from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays that includes $5 all-you-can-drink draught beer with the purchase of all-you-can-eat sushi. The restaurant even offers dishes to go.

Sasa is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.
