Seafood and Prime Rib at the Feast Buffets; More

LAS VEGAS — The Feast Buffet at Red Rock Resort and Green Valley Ranch has Friday seafood nights in May. Look for seafood offerings at every live cooking station, including green curry clams, smoked squid with sweet chili sauce, white clam pizza, mussels Fra Diavlo, stuffed blue crabs, blackened red fish with a crawfish sauce, barbecue scallops with bacon and corn pudding, fried Oyster Po'Boys, sushi, oyster shooters, crab legs, peel-and-eat shrimp and Gulf snapper with avocado, tomato and Jack cheese.
