Vegas' favorite pop up dinner hits the west side this Saturday when Project Dinner Table takes over Tivoli Village. Four chefs from the shopping center will cook up a dinner that night. Look for Bradley Ogden, showcasing dishes from his coming Hops & Harvestwith Eric Liu; Sam Marvin, who is opening meat-centric Echo & Rig; and Alicia Stewart, the chef behind Poppy Den.
The dinner served at a long white table starts with a social hour with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres followed by the signature sit-down, family-style dinner. Ogden plans to serve grilled heirloom tomatoes with Maytag blue cheese, warm garlic and rosemary brioche. Poppy Den showcases its Asian gastropub fare with miso salmon with shishito peppers. Echo & Rig pulls out all the stops with a whole crackling black pig from Echo & Rig.
Every dinner includes a philanthropic gift, and this one benefits Golden Rainbow and Women in Need (WIN) Court.
This year, Project Dinner Table features an annual membership for $39 that lands members $175 tickets; all others pay $190 per person. For tickets, visit www.ProjectDinnerTable.com.
