Here's a look inside Irish chef Conrad Gallagher's new PoshBurger Bistro, now serving up $29 Kobe burgers with truffle aioli, seared foie gras and frizzled onions, $19 Black Angus burgers and an array of exotic burgers made with lamb, turkey, wild boar, ostrich, venison, elk and oxtail.
Find horizontal, bench-style picnic seating for 97 throughout the dining room. The 2,000-square-foot restaurant soon plans to have seating for 55 outside, and serves lunch and dinner daily from 11:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m.
