Mark LoRusso vs. Joseph Zanelli in the BOH Brawl

The Back of the House Brawl returns to Tommy Rocker's on Saturday night with a rematch between Mark LoRusso of Botero at Encore Las Vegas and Joseph Zanelli of Honey Salt. The two chefs battle it out on food trucks, all to earn the PBR pony keg trophy and bragging rights.

The Iron Chef-style brawl between chefs cooking from ingredients found in a mystery basket on food trucks starts at 1 a.m. Afterward, Chris Hopkins, the general manager of Vesper Bar at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, faces Mariena Mercer, the former general manager of Vesper Bar, in a cock fight.

Food trucks such as Flying Monkey, Fukuburger, Roamin' Dough and The Spot to Eat will be on hand for guests as well.
