Wolfgang Puck and his culinary team continue their celebration of 20 years in Vegas with Sip & Savor, a one-night food event at Spago at the Forum Shops at Caesars that brings together food and drinks from all of Puck's Vegas restaurants. The May 29 event starts at 6 p.m., with tickets running $120 in advance and $130 at the door at 702-369-6300. Eater Vegas talked to the chefs in the Puck empire to get an exclusive look at the dishes they plan to serve and how the famous Austrian chef has effected their careers. First up, Eric Klein, the executive chef at Spago.

How long have you worked for Wolfgang Puck? 18 years on and off.
What have you learned from him? To transcend food and service, bringing everything together while staying humble. Nice guys always finish first.
What will you be serving at Sip & Savor? Spago will serve passed appetizers and other little dishes. The menu includes broiled Santa Barbara spot prawns with charred eggplant puree and cilantro aioli, miso-glazed Alaskan halibut with a marinade Japanese cucumber seaweed salad and Spanish octopus salad, white beans and marinated tomato and parsley.
