Just a quick update on Banger Brewing, the brewery planning to go inside Neonopolis. Construction on the 3,000-square-foot space apparently starts this summer with a 3½-barrel system that can brew six to eight beers. In the meantime, the partners have been working on beers for the September opening, including jalapeño hefeweizen, watermelon wheat and a cilantro and lime beer. [The View]
