Modernist Cuisine has announced they'll release a third book in October: an art book called the Photography of Modernist Cuisine by Nathan Myhrvold. The book will contain 399 photos from their previous project and will be 60 percent larger than the original Modernist Cuisine. Eater National has a preview. [-EN-
