The wait is almost over for Bradley Ogden's return to Vegas. His new restaurant, Hops & Harvest, plans to open this Friday at Tivoli Village.
The 180-seat restaurant that takes over the Bottles & Burgers By Double Helix space promises to bring Ogden's farm-to-table fare including his infamous butterscotch pudding.
