Could Thomas Keller be opening another restaurant in Vegas? Keller tells the Las Vegas Sun he is. "For the moment, we're laying low refining what we have in Las Vegas, but I'm sure we'll open another in Las Vegas sometime in the future."
He says another Keller restaurant is likely in the Venetian or Palazzo, where he already has Bouchon and two Bouchon Bakeries.
"I like the relationship I have at the Venetian with our existing partners, so it would be there or the sister Palazzo," he says.
Also of note, Bouchon just went through a remodel for chef Josh Crain, formerly of American Fish.
