The Egg & I on West Sahara Avenue plans to reopen on Monday at 6 a.m. The restaurant was the scene of a DUI crash back in March that injured 10 people and caused substantial damage to the restaurant. The revamped restaurant got a little makeover in addition to boulders surrounding the patio for extra protection. [KVVU]
