3 More Chefs Compete in the Back of the House Brawl

The Back of the House Brawl returns to Tommy Rocker's on Saturday night with three chefs battling it out on food trucks, all to earn the PBR pony keg trophy and bragging rights.

The Iron Chef-style brawl between chefs cooking from ingredients found in a mystery basket on food trucks features Eric Lhullier of Pinot Brasserie at the Venetian, Jeremy Berlin of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace and Brian Howard of Comme Ça at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

The competition technically starts at 1 a.m. on Sunday. Food trucks such as Dragon Grille, Coast 2 Coast Deli and Strada Press will be on hand for guests as well.
