Take a look inside the opulent surroundings of Mingo Kitchen & Lounge, the just-opened restaurant and lounge from Mingo Collaso of Mundo fame. Look for power plugs at the bar for barflys who want to work while cocktailing.

On the menu, find small bites such as tomato and mozzarella crustini, three cheese baked mac and spicy fried wings, while on the big bites side of the menu, discover spicy honey-glazed mahi mahi and a open-face fried egg sandwich.

Some of the new cocktails include $3 Mingo by PBR and beers to share such as Blue Moon Vintage Ale Red Impulse and Crispin Hard Cider.
