Bulen vs. Waked vs. Labadie in the Next BOH Brawl

The Back of the House Brawl returns Saturday night to Tommy Rocker's with a triple-header. Chris Bulen of Andre's at the Monte Carlo, Daniel Waked at Caesars Palace and Jean Paul Labadie of Todd English P.U.B. at Crystals all face off on food trucks to find out who wins the PBR trophy.

The Iron Chef-style brawl between chefs cooking from ingredients found in a mystery basket on food trucks starts at 1 a.m.

Food trucks such as Redneck Kitchen, Dragon Grille, Roamin' Dough and Wa Da Pho will be on hand for guests as well.
