The restaurant scene down at Town Square is (again) shaking up. First up, McFadden's Saloon has its eyes set on the former Ranch House Kitchen space. Ranch House shut the front door in February. The East Coast Irish pub formerly in the Rio is setting up new digs there with dinner, a late-night menu and a 4 a.m. liquor license on the agenda.
Look for 40-plus HD TVs, couches around a fire pit and a patio in the 12,000-square-foot venue that sits above Yard House.
Also on the agenda, Panda Express, facing Meatball Spot. The Chinese fast food spot plans to take up 1,700 square feet in a former sporting goods store, The Sports Shop.
Finally, look for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar to open a location at Town Square as well. So far, publicists for Fleming's are keeping mum about where the restaurant will go, but expect a fall opening.
